We enable our colleagues to conduct their research by ensuring they have a safe and fit-for-purpose work environment. We maintain and service equipment and provide the support needed to help them achieve their goals.

Fleet
We manage and maintain all pool and company vehicles, coordinate transport for colleagues and equipment, oversee vehicle delivery and return, while ensuring adherence to the company vehicle policy.

Procurement
We manage all aspects of procurement across the company, ensuring the smooth running of goods-in and stock management of all office supplies. We look after all imports and exports, facilitating the movements of items across the UK and globally.
Facilities
We are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of both our Berkshire and Gamston sites. From security to fire safety, we manage the buildings and systems within to ensure the safety of our colleagues and compliance with legal obligations.
This includes implementing pre-planned maintenance schedules, carrying out refurbishments and workspace improvements, and actively supporting colleagues with property and safety-related issues as they arise.
Fleet
We manage and maintain the company's vehicles, ensuring compliance with standards across all sites.
It's our job to inspect and maintain vehicles, arrange repairs and routine maintenance, whilst taking care of administrative tasks such as driver license checks, insurance claims, mileage tracking, and maintaining drivers' records.
We are the central point of contact for all pool and company
cars, ensuring efficient processes for our colleagues.
Procurement
We work closely with all departments across the business to coordinate the procurement of purchases, parts, consumables, tools, and services. Offering advice on sourcing, quality, and delivery terms when choosing suppliers, and facilitating vendor onboarding.
We liaise and negotiate with suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement, examining appropriate suppliers and managing the day-to-day relationships.
