Communications & Campaigns
We tell the story of Thatcham Research - from our mission to keep cars safe, secure and repairable, to the pioneering work our world-leading automotive experts conduct every day across our sites.
Understanding the full breadth of the business is crucial, and requires collaborative working across various departments, whether we're filming in the Repair Technology Centre or creating social media content with the Crash team.
Our spokespeople are in frequent demand, and we work closely with them to prepare for media interviews and seize opportunities.

What we do
We identify the stories we want to tell and define how and where we tell them.
We collaborate with highly respected media platforms like the BBC, Reuters, What Car? Magazine and The Sunday Times. Our aim is to elevate our research and position our subject matter experts as thought leaders, driving forward positive outcomes for the business, its members and the wider automotive industry.
But
we don't only tell these stories through the media - we also frequently
influence the political agenda and, of course, make sure that our colleagues
come along on the journey too.

Creative
We are dedicated to designing and producing visually appealing, relevant, and on-brand content for marketing and campaigns.
Our work focuses on both internal and external communications, working closely with other departments to ensure our creative solutions align with the Automotive Risk Intelligence business goals and strategies.
This collaboration involves engaging in project workshops and maintaining regular communication with stakeholders.
