Working closely with the operations and customer engagement teams to keep customers informed and satisfied throughout the delivery stage.

Customer Services
Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and sales support for all repair sector services customers. We sell essential products and services, such as Data and Training, crucial for the body repair industry.
We handle all Repair Sector Services enquires, such as Body shop and Member training requests, apprentice related enquires, Escribe renewals and new business whilst maintaining all customer and sales related processes.
We work closely with the Academy teams and pool our knowledge to solve issues efficiently.
