As a Sales Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our Customer Service team, helping us connect with new customers, grow existing relationships, and deliver outstanding service across our Repair and Automotive sectors.
You’ll be responsible for opening doors with prospective customers, identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, and increasing revenue from both new and existing customers.
Working closely with the wider Customer Services Team, you’ll help convert leads through targeted outbound sales campaigns, process customer orders, and contribute to the successful achievement of team objectives and commercial revenue targets.
What you'll be doing:
- Generating leads and identifying new business opportunities through outbound sales campaigns.
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and order placements.
- Managing contract renewals, preparing quotes, and ensuring smooth license renewals.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining and updating CRM records to track leads and opportunities.
- Supporting events and contributing to scalable sales processes.
Skills & experience that will set you up for success in this role:
- Previous experience in a telephone-based sales role in any industry, consistently delivering a high level of customer service and attention to detail
- Proactive and target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and comfortable picking up new in-house systems
- Familiarity with CRM systems would be a bonus (training provided)

When we work
Our standard working hours are 8:30 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday, early finish on Friday - 8:30 - 15:45 (Talk to us about flexible working if this doesn’t quite suit you – we take work-life balance seriously!)
How we work
We understand the benefits of remote and in-person collaboration and therefore have a hybrid working model – you’ll be expected to work from our office in Thatcham at least two days per week.
